Aava Resort & Spa's fortolkning af Thai køkkenet blandet med det internationale køkken.
Aava Resort ligger på en 9 km. lang strand på Thailands østkyst. Det er et finsk par der har bygget resortet og de satser højt. De har valgt at have finsk køkkenchef til at styre thaikokkene og de har valgt at alt skal laves af friske råvarer. Det gør, at det efter Thai forhold bliver dyrere end på andre Thai restauranter. Man må sige, at de holder fanen højt. Til trods for at rigtig mange af gæsterne på resortet valgte at spise på billigere steder, holder de fast i konceptet. Vi er jo begge glade for veltillavet mad, så med undtagelse af et par afstikkere til et par naborestauranter spiste vi i restauranten hver aften. Ok det var lidt dyrere, men også meget bedre end det vi smagte andre steder.
